Good leadership comes from a willingness to collaborate and a curiosity to learn and be open-minded.

For over two decades, the College of Management Center for Collaborative Leadership has actively developed future leaders of all backgrounds through its Emerging Leaders Program, United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) Scholars Program, and custom options for every type of organization who wants to invest in their employees. With over 900 alumni from notable companies in the greater Boston area and beyond, the Center has been working hard to ensure that our future will be in capable hands.

Emerging Leaders Program

Bringing together rising leaders from the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, participants build leadership skills through 50+ hours of interactive sessions, speakers, and team projects.

United States Coast Guard Program

This program gives engineering and cyber students an additional year of course work before entering the academy ensuring they are prepared to excel.
