In general, Office of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Planning produces aggregate data on request. This data request form is for internal data requests for past semesters. If you need student or course information on the current semester, please refer to the Registrar's Office. If your request is for individual level data (unit record data), please note that you may be required to seek approval or exemption from Institutional Review Board and in compliance with FERPA confidentiality requirements.

Also, note that many data requests can be answered by referral to our Statistical Portraits or Common Data Set.

Due to a significant staffing shortage, please allow up to seven business days for us to process your request. Additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the data and the number of requests in the queue.
